Short Biography
María Jesús Muñoz-Torres, Is Agricultural Engineer and PhD in Agricultural Economics from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (1994). She is Full Professor in Finance at the Department of Finance and Accounting, Universitat Jaume I, Spain. She coordinates the PhD Program in International Studies in Peace, Conflicts and Development and the MBA at UJI. Her research interests include issues related to sustainability in financial markets and the integration of sustainability in the assessment of organizations and circular economy. Currently, her research is founded by different international projects like H2020 iWAYS project or SMART project, where she has been WP leader and has been published in high impact journals like Business Ethics, A European Review, Journal of Business Ethics, Industrial Management and Data Systems, Journal of Environmental Planning and Management, Review of Managerial Science, Business Strategy and the Environment, Journal of Management & Organization, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental management, Sustainability, Leadership & Organization Development Journal, Environment, Development and Sustainability, Environment, Development and Sustainability or Journal of Cleaner Production.
