Short Biography
Professor Ricardo Santiago Gomez obtained his DDS degree from the Federal University of Minas Gerais in 1988. He completed his PhD in Oral Pathology at the University of São Paulo and is a professor in Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. His main research interest is molecular aspects related to oral cavity tumours. Prof. Gomez has authored and co-authored 475 peer-reviewed journals in the English literature.
